• Electricity is not included; each caravan has a separate meter and usage is billed separately.
• Clean water is included. An extra 10,000 TL/month applies if an additional enclosed area or tent is set up.
• Any damage to facility property (trees, electrical panels, etc.) is the caravan owner's responsibility.
• Capacity: For long-term stays, occupancy is limited to the core family (parents + 1-2 children).
• Seasonal Guests: Each additional seasonal guest (spouse, friend, relative, grandparent, etc.) in the same unit is +10,000 TL on top of the seasonal price.
• Daily Guests: Daily guests visiting a caravan are charged the per-person daily list price, paid in advance at entry.
• Daily caravan stay includes up to 4 people; a 10% discount applies for stays of 1 month or more.
• You may carry your belongings to your pitch by vehicle accompanied by security; vehicles must not be parked inside for long periods — after unloading please move your vehicle to the parking area.
